Can I change my order one it has been placed?

I do ship very quickly, so once your order has moved to shipping we may not be able to change it, but just send us a message and I will do what I can.

If an item is out of stock can I order it?

You are welcome to message me to ask, I love to see my customers happy, so I will do what I can if I am able to.

Products

What kind of wax do you use?

I use a soy blend which is a blend of soy and paraffin that helps to use the best of both waxes.  It provides you with a melt that will throw strong and long and will be more resistant to melting in transit.

How much wax should I use?

I always recommend consulting your manual for your wax warmer as they all vary in size.  Please be safe and ensure you are using an appropriate wax warmer.  Also, do not add water or any other additives to the wax.

Should I cure my wax, and if so, how long? 

I always recommend 2 weeks, however honestly I usually do not wait that long and have great results.  Just keep in mind, the longer you allow the wax and fragrance to bond, the stronger the throw will be.

How do I change out my wax?

There are many methods out there, however I find the easiest to be to drop a few cotton balls in the melted wax and let them absorb it.  Just be careful when you remove them as it can get hot.

My wax is not throwing well, what can I do?

I pride myself on the strength and throw of my wax, it all goes through extensive testing to be sure you are getting the best fragrance.  However there are just some scents that will not throw as strong as others, they will still create a beautiful fragrance, just not as strong as others.  If your warmer is placed below a vent that can also alter the scent throw, so be sure you are keeping your warmer away from a vent.  Finally, and most important, is the warmer you are using.  I think S@entsy makes the most beautiful warmers, I have several, but they mostly use a light bulb for heat which is not going to give you a strong throw, I always recommend an electric warmer that is at least 20 watts to get the best throw from your wax.

Custom Pours

When will my custom order ship

Any orders containing custom pours can take 7-10 business days to ship (not including weekends and holidays.)  I will make every effort to make and ship them as quickly as possible, but they may take the full 10 business days.  If you are also purchasing melts that are ready to ship, they will be held and shipped with your custom pours, if you do not want to wait for your ready to ship items please purchase them separately. 

Why can't I find the custom listings?

If I find that I am reaching a point where I can not keep up with custom orders in a timely manner I will make the listings unavailable until I am caught up, I don't want to go beyond my promised shipping time.

How can I customize my custom pour?

You are able to select up to 3 scents, and you can choose to add color, glitter and shimmer. I have left a text box for you to select color requests, you may also request shapes, I may not be able to honor those but I will do my best.  If no colors or shaped are requested I will use shapes and colors that go with the fragrance or the current holiday season.

Will you ever offer my custom order in ready to ship form>

You may find your scent blend become one I offer ready to ship in the future.

When will my order ship?

I am as excited for you to receive your order as you are, so I ship as quickly as possible, within 1-3 business days.

Where do you ship to?

At this time I ship to the US.


Sezzle Payments

Is there a minimum purchase to use Sezzle? 
Yes, you may use Sezzle as a payment on any order of $50 or more.

How does the Sezzle payment plan work? 
Sezzle splits your total purchase amount into 4 interest-free payments, spread over 6 weeks. There are no fees if you pay on time. Your order will ship within 1-3 business days as usual.

How do I apply for Sezzle?
Simply add the items to your shopping cart on our webite and when you ready to checkout, choose Sezzle as your payment option. You will be redirected to the easy no credit check application. Once you are approved it will redirect you to finish checkout. Sezzle users must be 18 years or older* and have a valid U.S. or Canadian email address and mobile phone number.

Does Sezzle charge interest or additional fees?
Sezzle is completely interest-free for shoppers.The only fees you may potentially incur are failed payment fees and late payment fees. If your scheduled payment fails to process, you will be charged a $10 failed payment fee. Sezzle does their best to prevent this from happening by sending you emails and text reminders! Rescheduled payments will incur a $5 late payment fee.

How do I make my installment payments?
Sezzle accepts Debit/Credit cards and ACH payments from connected bank accounts. They are taken automatically on the days listed when you pay on Sezzle.

When will my first payment be taken?

Your first payment will be taken at the time of order.

Returns

What is the return policy?


We do not offer returns or exchanges, but we make sure to list scent notes so you can decide if you will like the fragrances offered.  If you have any issues with your order I will work with you to help resolve the concerns, just use the Contact Us form to send me a message, and be sure to message us within 3 days of receiving your order.
